Sourcing Tropical Rock Lobster
We have built long lasting relationships and partnerships with communities and divers throughout Far North Queensland, the Torres Strait and Papua New Guinea.
Our strong network enables us to sustainably catch and supply tropical rock lobster from these remote locations to customers across Australia, Asia and North America.
Torres Strait
Through long term relationships with local families and fishers we have a network of live lobster tanks throughout the Torres Straits to deliver the best lobsters in the area to our holding facility on Thursday Island before on shipping to our export processing facility in Cairns.
Far North Queensland
Spanning the crystal clear waters from Cooktown to the top of Cape York our fleet of motherships and divers navigate Australia’s most beautiful and remote islands and reefs in our search of this prized lobster. These motherships unload direct to our Cairns facility via Cooktown.
Papua New Guinea
From the 1990’s we’ve been working with suppliers and fishermen in PNG, our closest neighbour, and have helped to providing ongoing jobs and economic opportunity through the tropical rock lobster industry.
